Project Brief: The dealership was formally sited in Northgate Canterbury that had become isolated with the main A28 diverted down to a new road and was too small. Peter Hinkins the MD of Northgate Garage decided to retain Alfa in Northgate and move the Fiat dealership closer to the main car dealership centre. The building chosen had been previously used for manufacturing and storage. We acted as Northgate’s Project Managers and organised the complete refurbishment of the existing building and the creation of workshop, stores and showroom. Since moving to this location Northgate’s business has increased significantly.
