Project Title: Hythe Bay School

Project Brief: This project provides eight additional classrooms, SEN room, library IT learning space, new kitchen and doubles the size of the existing hall at the school. The external appearance closely matches an earlier extension to the original 1960’s building. External play areas and car parks were also enlarged. This expansion was carried out to accommodate the nearby St Leonard’s Primary School. The scheme also provided new accommodation for the local Youth Centre, comprising a two-storey block including a kitchen, admin, workshop and two large multi-use rooms.
