Project Brief: Construction of a specialist centre for Applied Learning. The disciplines include Electronics, IT and a Media Study. Due to the amount of technology, particular attention has been paid to the Mechanical Ventilation of the project to ensure a good working environment. The building is of traditional construction and faced with a mixture of facing bricks and Trespa panels. The project was let on a Design and Build Contract and was constructed by BEC Contractors Ltd.
