On Friday Paul Gannaway, our Director, attended a presentation of a cheque to the children’s charity Little Buddies, with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). B&M had been asked to attend as ambassadors of the construction industry in Kent, and were delighted to be able to celebrate with the CIOB and the charity.
The CIOB South East had earlier this year held their Annual Dinner and had raised £4,635 for the Kent based charity, who are a group helping and supporting children in North Kent with Down’s Syndrome.
The cheque was presented by the chairman of the CIOB and Paul, at the charities children’s Christmas party, held at the Stone Pavilion, near Dartford. Fun was had by all with disco, games and food buffet. Father Christmas made an appearance and passed out presents to all the children.
We are proud to continue our support to Kent based charities, especially those dealing with disabilities.
